Roger and Mike, Pilot Systems partners, have over 50 years of combined experience in building and managing technology-focused companies.

Roger is best known as the co-founder of Intelligent Controls, Inc., a business that grew from just 2 people in 1982 to 300 people in 1996.

Mike’s work experience includes starting and managing a hardware and software division within Intelligent Controls, Inc. From a core of six people, the division grew to a staff of 100. This group delivered solutions to OEMs and Tier 1s in North America, Europe, and Japan.
