Mike has over 25 years experience in the system integration of Electronic Hardware and Software for Automotive and Aerospace applications.    His technical experience is balanced with an extensive history in Program Management and all areas of business management, including operational management, P&L accountability, customer interface, team leadership, and strategic planning.  Mike graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a BSBA in Computer Systems.

• Led a 100 employee team: Electrical Engineering and Software Development Department.  This team delivered many leading edge projects; some of which included:
  
  
  • Designing, and launching a major automotive OEM’s First End of Line Test System at their Manufacturing Plants worldwide.
    
    
  • Designing and launching the first electronically controlled engine control system for use by a major airplane engine manufacturer.
    
    
  • Designing and launching a powertrain control module for alternatively fueled vehicles. This module was used in production at a major OEM.
    
    
• Transitioned a major U.S. automotive OEM from traditional software development methodology to Model Based Development, saving the company 1000s of man hours in program design and development time.
