He has worked with over 100 companies; OEMs, Tier Ones, and Start-Ups.

Roger has extensive international experience, providing services to companies in 20 countries.  For instance, he has spent over 6 months in China.

Currently, Roger is concentrating on “Compliance Management Engineering”.  This has included leading teams that developed EVs, Hybrids, Alternative Fuels (including Hydrogen), Emissions Certifications (EPA and CARB), and NHTSA compliance and negotiations.
